RATS. Unfortunately our room was overun with rats. We were told to keep any food in the chest in the room, in case of monkeys (presumably this was really in case of rats) which we did. However, we could hear rats running around the room every night. They chewed on our moisturiser and other toiletries. There was rat pee on our laptop and other belongings. There was rat poo round the room every morning and all of this explained the strange smell in the room. We spent our time cleaning everything we touched. My wife is pregnant so we were very concerned staying in conditions like this. We saw rats in the dinning room 2 out of the 3 nights we were there. The staff acknowledged the issue and tried to patch up the room but it didn't work, that night it was a repeat of all the precious nights. I suspect this is an ongoing problem which is sad for the hotel, but for the price of the room and the price of the food you should expect a lot better than this. I wouldn't usually leave a negative review but its important people know about this. Since my stay I have seen many other reviews highlighting the same issue, which I wish I had read before and I would not have stayed here. We found the meals very small for the high price charged. Although compared to the rats this was a small issue and we just had to order multiple dishes per meal

Prachtige locatie met een privéhut dat adembenemend was! Je kan hier echt tot rust komen en genieten van de rust. Het personeel was ook super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Lee was heel attent en zorgde ervoor dat we ten volle konden genieten van ons verblijf.

A man at the restaurant overcharged me for my order. I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. I received the food delivery service twice during this period. Once was for lunch in the restaurant, and the first and third times were served by the same man. The second time was served by a woman. On the first occasion, I ordered a taco and french fries combo and a glass of juice. He charged me double the price listed on the menu, thinking it was some kind of service fee or something. I thought it was normal. But on the second occasion, the woman who served me ordered at the same price as the menu, with no extra charges. On the third visit to the restaurant for lunch, the man who served me ordered at double the menu price. But since the order was already written, I still thought it was fine. I paid, but I felt there was something wrong with it.

Tout était sublime, de l’accueil aux lodges ! Lee et Pino ont été de très bon conseil sur les activités et sur la vie locale ! La vie juste dingue des lodges ainsi que l’accès direct à la plage de sable blanc et eaux aux cristalline est juste dingue ! L’accès aux pink beach a 5 minutes en scooter de l’hôtel : IDÉAL ! Secret tip: levez vous plus tôt pour admirer le sunrise depuis votre lit ! Une belle expérience ! Ils serait bon de rajouter au menu du restaurant local la langouste (culture emblématique de cette région de Lombok). Nous avons prix l’excursion « wooden boat trip » un excellent souvenir, des coraux et poisson magnifique, nous avons même pêcher notre propre langouste !
