La Casa del Buonviaggio

I found the property ideal for a family of 5 & the facilities which gave us a choice to eat in. Close to supermarket and bus stop was a bonus.

Spacious, big, clean and, above all, modern apartment. Good location (close to the city center by car) with near public parking. Good communication with the host (clear and extensive instructions how to get to the apartment, where to leave a car, how to get the keys and enter the apartment, what to visit, list of restaurants... all needed for people who do not know La Spezia).

Very clean and comfortable, great bathroom and rooms very well decorated. Beds clean and comfortable and appreciated the sparkling wine. Liked the water in the fridge and dish washer.

The amount of stairs were difficult to climb with luggage. The Netflix didn't work and couldn't understand why it wasn't available in the main living area. Main door to apartment was difficult to open.

Everything. Alina was a great owner help us with everything that we need.
