Sin duda, la atención y disposición del personal. Nos recibieron con mucha amabilidad y cumplieron cada una de nuestras peticiones: nos facilitaron secador de cabello, cuidaron nuestras pertenencias y, además, nos brindaron un espacio cómodo después del check-out para refugiarnos y esperar con tranquilidad. Queremos destacar especialmente el desayuno: muy completo y delicioso. Además, cuando debíamos salir temprano por tours, tuvieron la amabilidad de prepararnos desayuno para llevar, lo que fue un gran detalle y muy valorado por nosotros.

Es difícil mencionar algo negativo, ya que nos sentimos muy bien atendidos durante toda la estadía. Sin embargo, en algunas ocasiones el desayuno para llevar no era tan completo como el que se servía en el hotel.

Que está cerca a la plaza

Mi llave estaba un poco extraña para cerrar la puerta , un dia tuve que salir dejándola abierta , pero ellos la cerraron al darse cuenta a si que el gesto compensa 😇

"Great hotel to stay in for the price, comfortable with great staff in a fantastic location."

Good location, great staff, very accommodating with looking after our luggage whilst on a five day trek, and reception is manned 24hrs if you arrive late or leave early. Breakfast was also included and started our days off well, if a little basic.

The first room we were in had no openable windows, and whilst acclimatising to the altitude made us feel a little sick because of this, however we were in another room after this and felt fine.
