Las instalaciones del hotel son bonitas parece una casa antigua, ideal si deseas vivir esa experiencia. Asimismo el personal es muy amable y esta a 10 minutos caminando hacías la plaza de armas. La bajada suele ser normal pero la subida si puede costar un poco.

La calefacción no es muy buena no calentaba toda la habitación especialmente en Cusco que hace mucho frío , se debería mejorar. Asimismo la habitaciones no cuentan con secadora de cabello con lo cual no es una opción bañarse de noche y tener el cabello mojado. Finamente los productos de aseo que brindan en las habitaciones no son tan buenos.

Hotel blízko centra, situovaný vo dvore. Nebolo počuť trafiku z ulice. Veľmi milý personál, ochotný poradiť, pripravili nám aj bohaté raňajky skôr, izbu každý deň upratali :) Dokonca nám priniesli ohrievač na izbu, bolo chladno.

Sroličky v jedálni sú už staršie, len drevené, menej pohodlné.

"Ótima hospedagem com chuveiro quente e forte"

O quarto é exatamente como nas fotos, Possui tomadas ao lado da cama, 4 travesseiros, roupa de cama fofinha e um aquecedor a óleo, além do chuveiro que aquece muito rápido e tem ótima pressão de água. Também trocaram as toalhas todos os dias. Como vários passeios são bem cedo, eles disponibilizam um café da manhã (sanduíche, fruta e água) fora de horário quando solicitado. Tem a disposição chás e água quente na recepção. Oferecem serviço de lavanderia (pago a parte) Também ha uma conveniência em frente ao hotel.

Não há exaustor no banheiro e a umidade do banheiro não deixa secar a toalha ou roupas molhadas, porém as toalhas sao trocadas diariamente e há serviço de lavanderia que entregam no outro dia.

"Location carina, servizio disponibile anche se non molto efficiente"

Posizione comoda, location carina. Le camere purtroppo non sono fenestrate. Non abbiamo potuto fare la colazione perché era sempre dalle 7 e noi avevamo la sveglia presto. In compenso ci hanno fornito delle lunch box

"Experiência excelente em todos os aspectos!"

Ficamos uma semana hospedado no hotel. Nossa experiência foi muito boa em todos os aspectos. Limpeza dos quartos. Café de manhã, organizaram lanches para levarmos para os passeios. Todos os funcionários muito educados, simpáticos e dedicados a te compreender e resolver as coisas. Me auxiliaram para solicitar táxi de transfer para o aeroporto. Recomendo muito a hospedagem no Hotel Casa Fierro.
