Pagdayon Traveler's Inn

Location was superb with easy access to central Puerto Princesa eateries and malls for evening meals. Our host, Jerry (if I remember rightly) was a helpful source of local knowledge and allowed us to park our rented motorcycle around back during the evening. The general décor is wonderfully traditional Filipino and we chose this accommodation with this in mind. For those who like to wake to a hot coffee, the room doesn't have an electric jug, but the manager will happily boil water upon request. Overall, our stay was comfortable and as expected providing most basic conveniences.

The air-conditioner seemed to struggle with the Summer heat in the Philippines this year, and for our room, it's mount point right beside the bed wasn't ideal.

Mosquitos in the room which were disinfected after I mentioned it. Very basic accommodation, but you get what you pay for. Just have that in mind. It is not a negative point, but just be mindful that only cash is accepted (no debit or credit cards) as a payment for your room.

Super friendly and helpful host! Excellent location, many nice restaurants nearby (with in few minutes walk). Clean and tidy room with bathroom.

It was a cute nipahut style room, we also had our own terrace. It was great for a couple night's stay! It was near to restaurants which all are walking distance. The caretaker/owner was super friendly!

It's a little rundown and we woke up by a scratching sound under the roof. Scared me awake!

The location was a 10 minute walk to the centre of town. Gerry, the staff member, was very helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble.

Great location. Friendly owner. Warm shower wasnt working? He heatened uo a bucket warm water for our toddler so she could get a warm "shower"

Very quite though next go bars and reataurants. Nice Rooms. The owner is very helpful and speaks good english. Cheap and good breakfast.

Jerry, the owner was extremely helpfull and friendly. The guesthouse ist a wonderful old Building made of wood and bamboo. The Double room and the bath were spatious and clean. I can fully recommend this guesthouse.
