"Peaceful"

Very peaceful environment. It was the perfect place to overcome our jet lag. Much better to avoid going into Hanoi upon overseas arrival. The staff were wonderful. Nice breakfast.

Very nice place, super view from the huge windows (unlike a lot options for the same price) and breathtaking view from the rooftop! The stuff was very helpful, the room-cleaning every day! I did really feel like a queen, staying at the Queen’s suite ^_^

The doors closed at night and I didn’t realise there was a doorbell, so once couldn’t get home — but some other guests came and showed me how to get inside))
