The host was extremely helpful and provided clear instructions well in advance, which gave me peace of mind. The instructions were easy to understand and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. Everything about the stay was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my experience. I’ve actually booked this accommodation several times before and would gladly return again. Highly recommended!

"This management team doesn’t know how to manage their cleaner and hygiene SOP, choose others!"

We chose this property because of the location near to working site.

Construction work in progress and experienced hair found from the pillow and bath towel. These two items are used to rub our body and put our head and face on it, but the cleaner just done the house basic cleaning and ignore theirs hair. Also the quality of the bath towel, old towels with stained and colour faded. We didn’t contacted the host to do anything because it was 3am already. Two male stayed in this unit, so long hair was not from us. Next day, we contacted the host to request refund as we felt uncomfortable to continue stay in this bad hygiene environment homestay. The host offered send cleaner clean the house again and refund was not allowed as room rate under non-refundable. Hmm, means if we book a flexible room rate, refund is allowed without any concern? When guests book a B&B or hotel, they all hope that the environment they stay in is clean and tidy, and these things should be cleaned and checked before check-in. Why do we need to wait for cleaner to clean it again? Is this interesting to let the guests waste their time for the cleaning process? Why don’t do it properly?

“We were really disappointed with the hygiene at the homestay. The towels and pillows were dirty, there was hair and dust in every corner of the house, and without air conditioning, we couldn’t even sleep in the bedroom and had to sleep in the living room instead. Rm 65 for cleaning is ridiculous
