Apartments Home1 Zagreb

Well-placed on the edge of the city centre of Zagreb. This was the best equipped apartment (of 6) we have stayed in during our visits to Croatia. Obviously a large old flat recently divided into three new flats. It is fully equipped with new furnishings and had everything we wanted. Communication with Ana, the owner, was excellent and she replied almost immediately to any query. It would have been perfect for exploring Zagreb. Unfortunately we arrived in a persisitent thunderstorm so we didn't see much of the city as it was just too wet, but you can't blame Ana or her flat for that.

It's up two flights of stairs.

This is a lovely apartment near to central Zagreb. It was only a 10 min walk to local Spar supermarket and 20 min to the main part of town and handy to tram lines. The apartment feels very modern and clean - the lighting in the pictures provided doesn’t actually do the modern kitchen and bathroom justice. Smart TV with streaming apps and local television. There is a washer and dryer available for use in the shared entrance foyer, was quick and easy to use. There is a stovetop and microwave but no oven. Could have done with oil and salt/pepper in the kitchen but not a big deal. Also it may have been an accident but there was only one roll of toilet paper - we stayed for a week so obviously had to go out and buy more but surprising that we couldn’t find any more in the cupboards, haven’t encountered that before! There is a walk up a few flights of stairs, definitely doable but just to be aware.
