Modern apartment. All appliances including dishwasher. Good AC. Comfy bed. Area around the building is nice and well maintained. Good lighting at night so no sketchy walks back home. Very decent grocery store in 5 min walk works till 9.30pm

A bit off the Strip but it's only 10 min of lazy walk. It's not a hotel so if you need smth you are on your own.
