"Very good"

The location is spectacular and so easy to do Devon day trips or spend the day on site. Property facilities were excellent.

Cleanliness of the Pebbles restaurant was lacking we had an early dinner sitting and the crunching of food mess under the table was not pleasant.

"Lovely stay"

Clean apartment, lovely swimming pool which was so so clean, good staff and the entertainment was very good especially Ryan and all of the team. Ryan was exceptional and also the juggler was amazing too.

The entrance to our apartment especially the steps and plastic panelling could do with cleaning and updating and smell from the fans opposite the stairs were very off putting. On first impressions we were def not impressed!

"The worst holiday we have ever had!!!"

Absolutely nothing about this stay was to our liking.

The ovens are faulty in all caravans, WiFi problems and have to pay even though listed as free, dirty, seagulls and birds hound the outside the moment food is around you will get attacked by them. Never ever stay at this site, all the entertainment is low budget not worth it at all. Pool and swimming area has black mould and algae everywhere.

"Generally a really nice holiday park that was let down by the accommodation (Sea View Apartment)"

The location of the park and the communal facilities are great and we would happily return for these. The staff were generally pleasant and happy to help where asked.

The condition of the apartment was poor, with obvious damage to floors, walls and doors. There was black mould on the silicone in one of the showers. The cleaning standard wasn't great - we found cutlery and crockery in the cupboards and drawers that was dirty, our socks were dirty from walking on the floors of the supposedly clean and sanitised apartment within 30 minutes of entry, and the table and chairs on the balcony hadn't been touched as they were covered in cobwebs and other debris blown off surrounding vegetation. The WiFi isn't available everywhere at no cost as it states on Booking.com
