Clean and comfortable beds

The most impressing aspect of this location is its host Mrs. Eileen with her energy, passion attention to details, and hospitality. Eileen worked so hard to please us and made sure that we got the best of this short vacation. She contacted us even before we started our journey giving us guidance to arrive safely to her location. She stayed with us from the time we landed in San Juan after 2:00 AM, made sure we get to her place with clear instructions. She was waiting for us that early and opened the door herself smiling and showing us our place with all the amenities. She made sure that we could wake her up any time if we need her. In the morning, she has a list of prepared recommendations where we can eat, shop, and places to visit. She let us use her kitchen. She noticed that I have allergy. She offered medication. She even went to the extent that she washed and dried our clothes. Her place is very cozy and clean, with all the amenities and privacy in a very safe place central to all highways and shopping centers.

Everything was perfect. If Eileen turns this place to a Bed & breakfast, it will be fantastic.

The House has the appearence of an old beauty center that now is in complete mess. The shower water has really poor pression, the wifi wasn’t working at all and the wc has a bucket to use to flush

Amazing hostess who is very kind. My partner lost his phone and she helped him to go to the airport to look for it. Very accommodating and had insightful conversations. She also showed us a great restaurant.

A phone call helped us to verify location of the property. The hostess provides clear instructions as it can be a bit tricky to find through gps.

It was not clear to me that the bathroom was shared. Coffee and tea? Using the owners coffee machine and cups? No. What was more alarming, is that I was walking into someone's own home, bathroom, living room, kitchen, I could smell the owner's cooking inside my room and I could hear everything happening outside the door. I had no desired to stays at someone else's house in a spareroom and it was too late to cancel, I was with a very tired child. We were 3 and the room was not what is advertised in the photos, super small and I slept in a mattress almost touching the floor. I was mad and disapointed. I just wanted a room to sleep a night but I never expected this. Sorry, this is how this person makes a living but the conditions of the stay should be more clear in Booking. Don't you guys check the places? I felt I got scammed to be honest. Still after a month I'm still mad about it. Never again.
