L’assistenza del personale e la disponibilità del titolare sono state davvero oltre ogni aspettativa. Nonostante una piccola incomprensione iniziale sulla prenotazione, al nostro arrivo in hotel quasi a mezzanotte, la governante Tanya è intervenuta con grande professionalità, risolvendo tutto in pochi minuti. La colazione è adeguata e il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile e disponibile. Un’esperienza complessivamente molto positiva.
