The unit is smaller than expected but is very clean. Any questions were answered promptly. It is just beside ROMA restaurant which serve very good food.

Breakfast served only fried rice and porridge option. If stay more than two days, we will eat the same food.

"Bed and breakfast at Khaoyai"

Convenient location, nice view

Bathroom needs to renovate. Balcony is wet from air conditioning drainage. No knife, spoon supply, only 3 forks available. No wine glass supply like ads post. No knife and cannot expect any good kitchenware supply.
