The photos of the rooms /facility shown in the internet are totally different from what is existing. The bedsheets pillow covers were very shabby and not washed.. the bed may be more than 20 years old and the springs are damaged. If you sit at the center it will go down and both sides will lift. Water was not there in the night till morning. No toiletries, waterbottle were provided though shown in the net. The AC compressors were provided in the corridor and dispose the heat. Bathroom pipes were leaking. Totally with family I had a horrible experience

no Hospitality, no responsable person is there, AC is not working properly simply air is coming, and in the bathroom doors are damaged, i am totally upset about the hotel.. proper response is not there. in the time or booking shows one amount once we booked and go to the hotel he is asking extra money to pay...... this is very wrost.

Parking facility

Rooms had multiple issues such as no remote for air conditioner, no light in the bathrooms, unable to open the door from inside, had to call for the support to open the main door.(Issue in the lock)
