Bella's Rest Guesthouse

I loved everything! The property itself is beautiful, clean, tranquil and surrounded by nature but the cherry on top? The staff. ❤️ My husband and I were involved in an accident coming from Richards Bay to a friend’s wedding on Saturday afternoon and since it was our first time in Dundee, our trip was obviously immediately spoiled as a result. However, our arrival at Bella’s Rest changed that. We were blown away by the kindness of the staff there; right from the security guard by the gate to the rest of the staff. I’ll never ever forget Dalene. I came there a wreck and she let me cry on her shoulder. She was kind to my husband too and even walked with us to The Shed (the restaurant) late at night, all the while holding a flashlight for my husband, who has a limp as a result of a stroke he had last year. The next morning we met the other ladies too at breakfast, and Nompilo (I hope I got her name right) even organized a cab for us to get to my friend’s wedding in Nqutu and we couldn’t have been more grateful. It didn’t end there because it rained on Sunday night and Monday morning so breakfast was brought to to our room, all so that my husband wouldn’t slip. The thoughtfulness, kindness and compassion of Dalene and Nompilo will forever remain with us and just for that, we will come visit Bella’s Rest again. Thank you once again ladies. God bless you. ❤️

Wij waren hier al in 2023, ook toen uitstekend verzorgt. Door het nu zelf aanbieden van ontbijt is het alleen maar vooruitgegaan

The property was cleaned and located in a very good area

The manager was very rude towards us, we had a request to take pictures in the venue , she shouted at us for asking that while other people were allowed to do so but they were not even staying a guest house for that night. They were allowed to take pictures for free but I booked the room , payed so that I will be able to take nice pictures but the lady shouted at us for asking that. I was very disappointed

Beautiful gardens and amenities.

Prachtige ruime kamers met heerlijke bedden en goede douche. Welkomst-sherry en drinkwater op de kamer. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Pub en restaurant op 200 meter. Bijzonder attente gastvrouw, kortom een uitstekend guesthouse
