1) Location, 2) Staff is just ok. 3) They arranged utensils for boiling drinking water.

Bedsheets and towels were not clean. They didn't get the washroom cleaned after our 3 requests.

Nothing was likeable.

Our stay was highly unsatisfactory due to unhygienic conditions and rude staff. We had reserved two air-conditioned rooms but were provided with only one AC room and one non-AC room, which later had a cooler added. When we requested fresh bedsheets, the staff informed us they had none available. The washrooms were dirty, and the rooms themselves had such a foul odor that we had to keep the doors open for fresh air. This was truly the worst experience we've had so far.

They Have Declined the Stay. They said they have offline booking. You can talk with booking.com for refund we can't provide you a room. Such a bad experience. After too much mailing and phone calls they said we can't refund as per policy. You can take proper action for this type of behavior and proceed my refund as early as possible otherwise I could raise complaint ar higher level through consumer forum.

We were not given rooms inthis specified hotel..rather we were asked to cancel the booking...

Location, Staffs, and cleanliness were fantastic. There is a pleasant smell inside the building, 24 hours of hot water, and an open balcony. Helpful staffs.

Bedsheets, blankets and pillows were not washed. That's the only thing which needs to be done.

I booked an executive suite but the hotel owner gave my booked room to another customer and when i went to the hotel they showed subpar room which wasnt executive suite. The behavior of the authority was very rude when enquired about it.
