Super clean. Has basically everything you need to be comfortable. We stayed in a suite and we loved it. It was perfect for my big family

Smell of room, carpets looked dirty, and bathroom was dirty around sink floor area and shower. Train at 3 am.

AC is not working, I tried talking to from desk couple of times but still they didn’t resolve the issue. It’s 80 degrees by the time we entered the room and it didn’t go down till morning. I even tried sending email to hotel manager who didn’t even reply back to me.
