Residence Inn by Marriott Corpus Christi South

Perfect stay for our family. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Will definitely be staying here again.

Only thing I didn’t care about was the poor parking area. Everything else was good!

Enjoyed the breakfast and check in and check out very easy. Also liked that we had access to a kitchen with utensils, fridge and stove top.

Hallway into room seemed dirty from the start, food crumbs outside the door was there the entire stay. Shower floor was dirty with sand. Floor in general was dirty. Walked around with no shoes and socks were dirty. Had left out trash to take and all they did was empty the bag into the trashcan and put it back under the sink.

The breakfast was good, the building was new and clean.

I should've checked the exact address of the property before booking. The location of the property on the booking map was shown in a quiet area not right next to the highway which misled me and made me book the place. I was shocked when we arrived. The location is terribly noisy and I was hoping to get a room further from the highway as we booked for a week. Well, we got the room closest to the highway. We went down to the check-in right away and told them we wouldn't be able to sleep there and requested an other room. They said it was full house. We told them right away we would cancel the whole trip then. The good point is that they were able to accomodate this and we paid only for two nights. We didn't sleep the first night due to the terrible noise. The second night, we were able to sleep a few hours as we were so exhausted, however we woke up with terrible headache due to the noise. The suite was nice and beautiful, but a good sleep is a dealbreaker.

I think it needs to be cleaned not every two days . The shower floor in shower was dirty and gross .
