Harts Holiday Park Kent

Caravan was dirty in the kitchen & bathrm. It also smelt really bad when entering so tried opening the window but they was stuck or broken with mould around the frames. Please do not waste your money on booking this caravan , I booked as a very last minute thing & I do really regret it as it ruined the whole wkend. We actually left the caravan & returned home. I tried calling the owner multiple times but they would not answer. I also think this shld not b advertised on booking.com as it really isn't acceptable accommodation

Nothing . Need a renovation. The bed sheets were so cheap .

Very dated caravan , very cold no heating. Had problems with the boiler and the hot water. Caravan sleeps up to six but had no duvet or pillows for the pull out bed in the front room. Beds were very uncomfortable and the covers smelt funny as If they hadn’t been washed from the last people that had stayed there Curtains were hanging off the wall and had been stuck back up with sticky velcro. The door to the caravan was very stiff and had to give it a shuv to open it and if it was not Locked the door would pop back open. The caravan wasn’t very clean at all. Lots of people arguing in caravans next to us with fights happening. Random people knocking on the caravan door at 2 in the morning. The last Gas safety check on the boiler was 2010 and none of the windows in the front room opened.

Nothing as we didnt stay as the boiler wasnt working and when we tried to put gas fire on a big ball of flames came out of it nearly burning myself and nearly catching caravan alight ,we rang the owner who said it was to dangerous to stay in but wouldnt give us a refund unless we left there and then at 8.30 at night after 3hr journey with kids

See above the whole experience was awful and the way the owner delt with it was shocking

There was no heating , no hot water as the boiler wasn’t working , dirty cutlery , tap water smelt funny , and one of the neighbours was kicking the door in at 2 o’clock in the morning while my little sister and my 5 year old daughter was trying to sleep

Very good location price was okay. Had a couple of issues which the owner sorted out immediately. Very understanding

Could do with updating net curtains we're ripped and beds are not that comfortable.

Accomadation was awful, screw on floor cut my foot,the mattress on main bed was so uncomfortable springs coming through mattress had to put the single mattresses on to be able to sleep,place was dirty and no proper cooking facilities, the skylight fell on my partners head whilst making a cup of tea,net curtains ripped and mouldy chairs stained and dirty hoover didn’t work,place was in disgusting and this was our second van first was even worse, we have photos available if requested.

Harts Holiday Park is one of the best. We have stayed there many times. However, this time, they were fully booked. I then booked a private caravan through booking.com

Unfortunately, the caravan A26 was absolutely rank. We couldn't stay there, we turned round and walked straight out. On opening the door, the door frame fell off. Wallpaper was peeling off, wood peeling off table and shelves, fridge was dirty, bathroom was horrendous. Also, as we opened the door, there was a terrible odour throughout the caravan. If someone paid me, l wouldn't stay in this caravan. How are these people allowed to rent caravans in this condition beats me.

The location was lovely, great for the family no problems getting food and drinks, great for the kids. Would love to stay longer.

It was the first time I'd rented a caravan and the pictures i saw was completely different to the caravan but we made the most of it and had a good time . Would like to spend more time there.

The smell of this caravan was absolutely awful, went out to buy some products to help but nothing worked, the shower head was broken down, the table had bits broken off, thick dust on the fireplace ! The ad stated wi fi but there wasn’t any! I contacted the owners twice and nothing back we had to leave after one night and book somewhere else! Needs a total re vamp and shouldn’t be renting it out till they have!
