Lovely bedroom, smart shower room, and fresh breakfast in a welcoming home, with Kay a delightful host.

The breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh fruit , homemade granola, yoghurt , bread , croissants and jams together with a top class cup of coffee. On arrival we had a welcoming cup of tea while we settled into our large and spotless deluxe room . The bed was extremely comfortable and the cottage is situated in a very quiet location . Our host was extremely welcoming and helpful and even came with us on foot to show us the footpath shortcuts to the Indian restaurant which we had booked for a delightful Indian meal . The restaurant was one of the ones suggested by our host. Parking onsite .

We had our own spotless and modern bathroom but this was located on the ground floor. However this didn’t trouble us at all .A small inconvenience which won’t put us off coming back for a return visit in the future.

Kay, the owner, is one of a kind. There is nothing she will not do to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. We had the good fortune to spend a considerable amount of time in her company and shared lots of stories together. The breakfast is excellent. Lovingly prepared, featuring homemade granola and fresh fruits. Everything is organic. The bed was very comfortable and the proerty is situated in a very quiet road about a 7 minutes walk from the main road through Winchcombe where all the shops, pubs and restaurants are situated.

Our deluxe bedroom did not have an en suite bathroom which could be an issue for some travellers.

Spacious clean bedroom with lovely bathroom and pleasant views. Kay was very attentive and the breakfast organic and healthy. We didn’t spend time in the lounge due to staying only 1 night but looked cosy and clean.

The housing estate we had to walk through to get to the village although possibly could have avoided if driving.

The location was ideal for us - just a short walk into town. The breakfast was a health feast - mainly organic. The owner was vey pleasant and welcoming.

The toilet seat came off, but the owner did her best to stabilise it until she could get a tradesman. The room needed a kettle and tea; though there was a coffee machine.

Our host was really friendly and helpful. She was happy to walk with us into the town and show us some of the shops and highlights. The room was comfortable and clean, and the ensuite was beautiful. The breakfast was amazing, a good variety of organic fruit, bread, croissants and delicious homemade granola. Kay even went into the garden and picked some fresh raspberries for us! Nothing was too much trouble.

Kay the host was welcoming and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable, breakfast ( continental) was delicious. All v clean.

I like it all.

Very nice facility Kay does a great job ....all very good including an excellent breakfast (not a traditional English breakfast) which was a welcome change. Some folks may not want to walk into town we found it to be no problem.

Internet in the room was not great but this seems to be an issue in the Cotswolds as most of the places we stayed in had modest WIFI.
