Large well-equipped apartment near Como lake

The apartment is spacious, very clean, equipped with everything you need. The hosts were great, we had delays with our flight and the car rental, and got to the apartment after midnight, and the host came to meet us and showed us everything.

Entering the apartment is a bit tricky, if you come from the street entrance (the lobby), and I didn’t understand that and got stuck for about 20 minutes.

We had a very nice stay, thanks to the owner, Maria! Very well organised, Maria gave us useful information and prepared a booklet with all the details we needed to have a wonderful vacation! The communication with Maria was easy, via Whatsapp. The apartment is located in a quiet area of the city, 20 minutes walking from to the train station and historical city center, the bus stop is very close to the apartment. Lungolago (the lake promenade) with restaurants is 10 minutes away. Big supermarket, Esselunga, is 5 minutes walking from the location, with many choices at good prices. The apartment is well equipped with all you need, as well as in the kitchen. The painted wall from the livingroom with a big map of the lake Como was special:-)! Nice view from the living room and bedroom, at the garden and the mountains. Quiet and clean area, in a building with new flats. A pleasant and warm temperature inside (it was october, with rainy days). The city, Lecco, is a good choice to visit the sorroundings and lake Como (25 minutes to Varenna, 50 minutes to Como, by train). A very wonderful vacation, indeed!

No bad things, only minor details at the sanitary installation in the bathroom, need to be fixed. But no problems.

The hosts offered to pick us up from the train station, which made it very easy for us to check-in/find the place etc. The apartment is large enough to host 4 of us easily and everything you need is there. The wifi works very well and the hosts are available for all needs.

Nothing negative to say here.

A beautiful, big, well decorated apartment equiped with everything you need. 2 balconies with a nice view over the mountains. Good internet quality. Very nice, friendly hosts who gave me the key, explained everything and gave tips what to visit in Lecco. The apartment is located in a nice quiet area with several restaurants and a supermarket. It is a 15 min. walk to the city centre. There is free underground parking below the apartment.
