環境十分清靜，一二樓都有設計空間讓住客休息聊天，非常舒適。 私人風呂要在入住時趕快搶時段，還好有搶到，雖然也習慣泡大眾池，但有個人空間也很棒。 入住時可以選擇備品的種類，很貼心也很有趣的服務。 晚餐跟早餐都很豐富，不用擔心吃不飽，令人印象深刻的是晚餐的飲料很多種，還有主廚自製的薑汁可以調成薑汁汽水，真的超級好喝!!!晚餐時段結束也可以自行到廚房裝飲料(可惜不會補)。 check out時有贈送佃煮小禮物，很有記憶點。

1. 接駁巴士很不好訂，一下就客滿了。但還好飯店離鄰近的巴士站不會很遠。 2. 飯店方很難聯繫! 透過booking.com的訊息或是官方mail都沒人回應...如果是人手不足無法回應，那建議預定資訊裡的【客人必須至少在抵達日期前3天直接與酒店再次確認預訂預訂信息。預訂確認信中附有酒店的聯絡詳情。如果客人未通知酒店，則其預訂將被視為未入住】這段就要刪掉，不要造成住客不必要的擔心。 3. 我的客房是沒有浴室的類型，因此也沒有吹風機，有點小困擾。

We had no idea what we were entering into. Had we known what a special place this was, we would have hightailed it from the airport to get as much time as we could spend at this delightful place. It was beautiful, luxurious, the baths and sauna were amazing. The attention to detail, down to the freezer pops that they had in the changing room, were amazing. I felt like a queen staying there. The beautiful kimonos, the luxurious face and body products, the beautiful design and the comfort of wonderful places to rest, read, relax. I love the special snack that they served at 9pm. I wish that we could have had the breakfast but we were to late to order. It was all good though because we went to a very awesome and authentic ramen restaurant in the town. Will I go back again? YES!! but for longer. I want to be a luxuriating queen for longer in this beautiful place!

Only the fact that I couldn't order breakfast. Also the person who checked us in was not the friendliest. But otherwise, it was perfect. I would go back here again in a heartbeat!

The facilities is quiet and spacious. The staff are nice and tried their best to help me despite the language barrier. The shampoo/conditioner were good quality and made my hair soft.

I prefer to have longer complimentary food snack time. 1 hour was not sufficient and I missed it. It would be nice if there's relaxing music played throughout the facility. It would be a thoughtful if there was a welcome brochure in English to accommodate the tourist.

Very comfortable stay!! I enjoyed myself so much, faciliaties are clean and cozy, there's welcome snacks and drinks in the evening and drinks at night too. Breakfast and dinner were yummy and the private onsen was great. Staff were very helpful as well and i felt v at ease as a solo traveller. Wished i could stay one more night :)

I wish there were ways to prebook shuttle bus to/from the suichokan for tourists who doesnt have a japan mobile number.

식사가 전반적으로 매우 훌륭했습니다. 접근성도 좋았구요 대욕장도 여느 다른 대형호텔 료칸처럼 북적이지도 않고 조용한 분위기에서 사용할 수 있어서 온전한 쉼을 경험 할 수 있었습니다. 다시 간다면 또 묵고 싶은 곳입니다.

엘리베이터가 없어서 아쉬웠습니다. 다른건 모두다 만족입니다.
