CN首先我先说明我没有在这里住宿，我预定了这里，到达之后被前台告知没有收到我的订单。我给他看了我在booking上的预定，前台也无动于衷，只是告诉我满房。但这并不是我的问题。如果不是booking与这家hostel系统上出了问题那就是这家hostel的问题。
我在booking上预定成功，并收到了hostel发来的信息但到达后前台告诉我没有看见我的订单，说了句满房了就没有下文了，留我在前台独自凋零。
