The property was conveniently located

The bathroom was moldy and not properly ventilated. The walls were also slimy. There were lots of roaches including on the plates. The fire extinguisher was no longer serviceable. There was a crack in the bedroom wall. Building security also gave an overdue payment notice while I was staying.

The room is clean, the location is good it is near SM Hyper Market. The vibe of the room is very homie and place is quite. We had a good stay.

The water supply is super slow around 10pm. The bathroom is clean but there's no water supply in the sink even though i open the valve. No shower but the water temperature is good. The Internet is not that fast at first it was super slow and we decided to unplugged the TV and WiFi router to restart. Thank God it's all good afterwards. The towel is only one but I notify the owner there will be two of us. But it was okay, me and my bf just shared towel. Over all we still have a good stay. Thanks!
