We absolutely loved everything about our experience with Hihi Beach Holiday Park and couldn’t recommend it more highly! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. The host was truly amazing—so friendly, thoughtful, and always ready to help with anything we needed. That level of genuine care really made our stay extra special. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy, which made the whole experience even more comfortable and relaxing. Although I hadn’t personally stayed here before, my family has visited many times and always highly recommended it—and now I completely understand why. The setting is just beautiful. Watching the sunset was unforgettable, and waking up to the sound of the waves and birds singing each morning was so peaceful and refreshing. It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and feel completely looked after. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Location was excellent.

The bungalow was built in the 1950s and was showing its age in a number of areas. The hot & cold water controller in the shower is from 1956 and the water could only be boiling hot or freezing cold - nothing in between. It was dangerous.

Nice outside area with bbq was great in the evening.

Bit of a hike in but it was worth it we stayed 2 nights after visiting Cape Reinga
