Room was spacious and the place was clean.

I had to wait outside the night for like 30 minutes cause the door couldn't get unlocked until someone else came and opened the door from inside. The key card didn't work properly.

I have stayed here twice before, and during those visits, Mr. Ary was very friendly and helpful. However, this time felt completely different. I requested an early check-in at 11:00, but I didn't receive any response until I arrived, only to be told my request was rejected. There was no prompt communication. When I received the room, I noticed the Wi-Fi wasn't working. The cleaning staff told me it would be fixed, but it wouldn't be until after I checked out. The toilet sink was clogged, the light switches were loose, the chairs were dusty, and the sofa had stains and a bad odor. The kitchen light flickered constantly. The pillow covers were not replaced, and there were makeup marks on them. There was no LPG gas or cooking pans until I requested them multiple times. Additionally, the cleaning staff were unhelpful and distracted, often on their phones when I asked for assistance. Overall, there was a clear lack of care. Furthermore, I messaged the owner about these issues upon my arrival but did not receive any response. This stay was not at all the same as when Mr. Ary was managing the place. Being a hotelier myself, I would have left on the first day, but due to the heavy rain, I had no choice but to stay.

As there is a small kitchen, we can enjoy to cook by ourselves. Easy to stay even for a short time.

There is a need to improve a floor of the shower room.
