location was great for the jazz which we went for

somewhere to put your clothes during the stay

Considering I was not allowed into apartment till 3 o’clock I think your departure time is not fair it should be 12 not 10 o’clock apart from that no complaints

The apartment was very clean, had a well equipped kitchen and the bed was soooooo comfy

No TV channels - only Netflix

Close to town centre, newly furnished and bright.

Could have done with a mirror in the bathroom. We were also on the top floor Appt G and there were a few stairs to the top. Instructions for the TV would also be helpful.

Basic cleaning products, plenty toilet roll, and a pint of milk in the fridge 😀

Maybe a welcome pack of info. A dustpan and brush would have been useful 👍

Very clean and everything appeared new

Just a few minor things, no plug for the kitchen sink, no mirror in the bathroom and very little storage space.
