Cozy Delta Center Haven

Loved the location. The 2 bedrooms were perfect for the 3 of us and it had great amenities. Was clean. Really liked that it had an outdoor sitting area and comfortable living room

We arrived just after 9 pm, retrieved fob from lock box and put suitcases, etc into the apartment. We returned to underground garage to get a few more things and the fob did not work the second time to enter the building. We were essentially locked out with most of our stuff inside. Called the contact number and left voicemail and text about our situation. We were panicked. After several minutes a kind stranger broke the rules and let us into building with his fob. Called contact number again in morning as my 2 messages from night before had not been acknowledged. Our morning plans were disrupted because we had to wait for the office to open to get a new fob. The experience shook my faith in the home booking option as we would have been sleeping in our vehicle without our stuff if not for the kindness of a stranger willing to break the rules

It was in a great location for what we needed and the place was well cleaned. The host was easy to contact for any concerns as well.

I didn't quite enjoy the fact all of the sheet, as well as the pillows and blankets were white. However, it was a minor issue.
