Great place, clean and tidy and served a purpose of recovery after an operation. Christian made sure I was well stocked of water and checked in on me after my operation. Really attentive and caring guy 🙏

Really nice and comfortable place. There is a good gym and outdoor pool and there is a huge mall in the building which has lots of retail shops, food options, supermarket and even 2 cinemas. You actually don't need to leave the complex which is slightly dangerous 😁 Christian was also an excellent host and very responsiveness during our stay when/if we had any questions.

The host, full access card to parking area, connected to mall. The room was perfect for me and my son to stay during our activities around west surabaya.

The shower was running too slow, i think that was because the water filter. Hopefully can be fixed in the future

The host was amazing and incredibly helpful from getting my girlfriend the keys, showing her around the building, showing her where to get food, taking her to stores to find gifts, helping her with taxies, helping with getting a sim card, and so much more! He went out of his way to accommodate everything you could possibly need or want and helped make the trip as smooth and fun as humanly possible. Bonus round he hand wrote a message i wrote him to leave in the room on my gf's arrival for me with a flower, messaged me to let me know she arrived, set up the rides back and forth to the airport, and at the end of the trip when she forgot her flight pillow in the room, he sent it in a taxi to the airport to make sure she had it before her flight. with that said, the host alone was well worth the price, the room is awesome to top it all off and clean! I have nothing but good thoughts and experiences for this location and host.

If you are not used to it or aware, there is singing that happens early morning in a park not attached to the building that can be loud. but this does not detract nor do i think it really counts as a negative part of the location. just something to be aware of if you are staying here.

Le Tresor Benson Apartment is a beautifully furnished apartment situated directly on top of Pakuwon Mall. The host (Christian) initiated communications with me well ahead of checking in and arranged transport for me from the airport (~25mins), and then personally checked me in and showed me the amenities of the apartment. The host is a sincere, genuine and fantastically helpful to make your time in the apartment a good one, and was always available if I had any questions. A big thank you to the host for making my stay comfortable. In addition to the essentials (bed, shower soap/shampoo, large fridge, fast internet and TV), the apartment also comes with stove, cooking pots, serving bowls/plates, utensils, high powered air conditioning, balcony, Netflix, swimming pool, well equipped gym and a nice sized bathroom/shower. Everything in the apartment feels brand new and is in great condition. Staying here during your visit to Surabaya is as convenient as it gets, ultra modern Pakuwon Mall and its neighbouring Pakuwon Trade Center (PTC) have everything you will need including 2 large supermarkets, 2 commercial gyms, yoga studio, 50+ restaurants/stalls serving local and international foods, every store imaginable, 2 department stores, 2 cinemas and other essential amenities like laundry, ATMs, money changers etc. You are just 1 elevator ride away from all this.

The apartment is very clean, complimentary little snacks, water and coffee tea is a nice touch, we really like the area and easy to go down the mall to get anything we need. Swimming pool is great for lap swim. Communication with owner is smooth and easy from the start to finish. He sent a driver to pick us up at the airport (with a little extra fee), greet us on arrival and help us check in and explain everything, excellent service.

Access to restos, shops,.. very practical

Water pressure (shower) isnt great, but that is due to water filter to keep the water clean.
