Close to city centre-Quayside bright apartment

Close to the city centre & comfy bed Property manager tried to get in touch however my app messages isn’t working

Unfortunately the property doesn’t look like it does in the photos. One of the sofas leg was missing therefore the sofa is not usable, the walls in the property were full of cracks and half filled holes, the bathroom tiles were broken and half filled wonky portraits were on some of the walls in the living room and some of the bedrooms. We were given the wrong instructions to turn on the heating and had to call the property owner who helped eventually but all the windows were left open so it was freezing at this time of year, especially with the snow. Since these photos have been taken I don’t think the property has been maintained therefore it has massively decreased in quality but could easily be fixed if the time and effort was put in.

The property was good for money and good location.

The facilities were not upto the standards and the host response was not accordingly good.
