Oz Hotels Incekum Beach

Месторасположение, прекрасный персонал, вкусная еда. Тихий, спокойный отель для семейного отдыха. Смежные комнаты в отеле, соединенные внутренней дверью, очень удобно для размещения большой семьи. Отдыхающие в основном местные, что нам очень понравилось.

Встречалась грязная посуда, в номерах был грязный пол. Не везде принимают банковские карты. Банкомат за территорией отеля в 10-15 минутах ходьбы.

Staff were very helpful and kind

They were closing the season so most of the experiences were off limit during our stay, they were lacking food or alcohol even though we paid full price for the stay

Everything was lovely and clean, the food was fantastic and the staff were very helpful.

The hotel is clean and very beautiful. Big pool, two fantastic sand beaches. Like the name very thin sands.

Food is fantastic just they need improvement the desert table.

Good size pool, excellent private beach facility including a sandy beach. good spread of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner.

we stayed in a suite, king size bed mattress was too firm and uncomfortable. nightly animation ran till very late and was loud and noisy. Staff weren't the friendliest but it may be an end-of-summer-season thing, most of the staff looked like and acted like they had had enough and didnt want to be there any longer.
