We had mixed feelings about this rental. On the positive side, the house is quite spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the view was truly beautiful. We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift basket with Madeira wine—it was a lovely touch.

However, there were several things that made our stay less comfortable. Despite being July, the house was surprisingly cold, and we had to use the air conditioning for heat. While the AC worked well, it felt strange to need it in the summer. There was a persistent, unpleasant smell coming from the closets and kitchen cabinets, and the house felt very damp overall. After placing some clothes in the bedroom closet, they came out moist and smelly, which was frustrating. Another downside was the lack of basic kitchen supplies. There was no salt, oil, or spices. One of the main reasons we choose houses with kitchens is so we can cook some of our meals while traveling, and in most places we've stayed before, these basics were always provided. Overall, the house has potential, especially with its size and views, but some improvements are definitely needed to make it more comfortable and convenient for guests.

The place was clean and well equipped. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfortable. Also, contact with the agency was easy and fast, our issue was resolved in a few minutes.

Not a minus, just something to be aware of - the house is on a hill, so it was cloudy and rainy for a few days even though the weather was great in Porto Moniz. It wasn't an issue as there were blankets we could use and the AC worked well.

We loved everything about our stay at Casa DaSa. Will definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Madeira.

Wohnung war super gewesen. Alles was wir benötigt habe war da. Ich hab noch nie besser geschlafen wie in diesem Bett. Sollte ich jemanden haben der in dieser Gegend Urlaub machen möchte werde ich dieses Haus gerne empfehlen.

Es wurde vom Vorgänger nicht gesagt das die Schraube an der Dusche lose ist. Hat mich aber nicht sonderlich gestört.

Propreté irréprochable et équipements très complets dans la cuisine, rien ne manquait, Literies très confortables . Maison très bien située, au calme avec vue agréable.

Manque peut-être quelques prises électriques ( ou multi-prises que nous aurions pu demander…) 2 ou 3 lampes d’appoint supplémentaires dans le salon aurait été appréciées.

Dom spełniający standardy, łatwy i prosty proces zameldowania i odebrania kluczy. Sypialnie z wygodnymi łóżkami, łazienki dobrze utrzymane i posprzątane. Dom odpowiednio wyposażony.

Wystąpił problem z nadmierną wilgocią, ale to wina klimatu wyspy.
