The location is excellent, right next to a quiet beach, and the view from the suite was pleasant. There is a nice restaurant on the same street, and the cleaning lady was friendly and helpful, and she lost a lof of time on arrival to fix a maintenance problem that was not her responsibility, which dampened our first day.

The deluxe suite did not meet expectations. There is hardly any working internet and almost no phone reception, so we can't make up for it with a data plan. Manager acted as if this was not usually a problem, but it clearly is after re-reading the reviews, which made staying in the suite very inconvenient. Some issues were eventually addressed, but overall the experience remained disappointing. Overall, the property feels run down and poorly maintained. Breakfast was limited, mostly pre-packaged cakes, waffles, and stale cereal, with only bread and fruit acceptable. Extra folding beds in the spa suite were extremely uncomfortable. The glass in the property was not very clean, chairs were shabby, and furniture and finishes felt cheap. There is no AC in the rooms. Granted, if you check it is not in the list of amenities, but ACs are visible in advertised property photos. Any reasonable person would expect them to be functional. Everything could be so much better with minimal investment — a little pressure washing, fresh paint, better breakfast options, and some updated furniture would make a huge difference. If AC is not working, best to take down the units and use a cover plate. Advice: The deluxe suites are not worth the extra cost if you expect something nice and a pleasant outdoor space like the photos make it seem. Internet and phone signal are minimal, so you’ll need to go to the main entrance to connect. This may work if you want to truly disconnect, but otherwise it is frustrating. Good property if you don't want to spend much time on site. Luckily, we spent a few days afterward in a much nicer location at a lower cost; if this had been our only stay, it would have been very disappointing. Other rooms may offer better value.

Die Lage ist ideal - direkter Blick auf den Atlantik. Sonnenuntergang kann man vom Zimmer / Balkon aus beobachten (wenn man ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht hat). Internet hat gut funktioniert

Man zahlt extra, wenn das Zimmer während des Aufenthaltes gemacht werden soll. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass wir nicht willkommen waren. Das Frühstück war ok (sehr gute frische Früchte, unterschiedliche Milchsorten - aber der Schinken und der Käse waren industrielle Massenprodukte, die Fruchtsäfte waren nur Zuckerwasser mit Geschmack)
