The hotel is very clean. The rooms are spacious. Very well located. The owner is very helpful and friendly.

The staff were really friendly and super helpful. Pool area was a good place to relax in the afternoon. Room and balcony were spacious

The hotels location was very good. It was away from the busier main street, but still only a 5minutes walk to cafes and restaurants. The owner and his family were extremely welcoming, and went above and beyond for us. They let us leave our bags and wait at the hotel until we took our overnight train from Ninh Binh I would highly recommend this hotel, but it really is more like a homestay if I'm being honest. The family are so lovely and genuine. The price was excellent and it included breakfast. We also ate at the restaurant across the road. Very good food

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The room was perfect and clean. The owner was very welcoming, helpful and pleasant to talk to. We were able to rent a motorbike from them and we had laundry services too. The pool was lovely and breakfast had a wide variety of options which we liked too.

Big and clean room and a very friendly owner

The owners are very nice and helpful, you can rent a bike from them, great location - central but quiet, great value for money. Would recommend and come again.
