Hotel Lake Metro

Great rooms, staff, food, view from rooftop restaurant has lovely view and ambience. Abhishek bhai, the manager was helpful since the start and the entire staff.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities I needed for a short trip. The staff was friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and public transport. Breakfast was simple but fresh, and the dining area was tidy. For a 3-star property, the overall service and comfort exceeded my expectations.

Location and facilities were good.

Staff was very poor. The turnaround time for breakfast order was very poor. It took 30 mins for staff just to get one cup of coffee. Due to poor staff service, we lost lot of our valuable time and it was very disappointing. Even room was not cleaned. We had given keys at reception early morning for room cleaning. However the room was not cleaned and it was in same position as we had left it. I have attached picture below. This was below our expectation and was highly not acceptable

Location is good near by market place , Food quality is good , staff behaviour is also cooperative. Good value for money. Suggest to all for visit.
