Luxury Hot Tub Entertainment Room Central Park

Its location, the parking and the house was clean and well furnished

The house was adequate for our needs in a good location which suited our stay. There was plenty of kitchen supplies and utensils for our group of 6 adults. Towels and toilet rolls were supplied.

The house in general needs some serious upkeep, the photos advertised must have been taken a long time ago. The back patio doors would not open, (not good for fire regulations), eventually we got one side open, the other was locked with no key. Could not find a first aid box as my husband cut his finger trying to open the door. I'm not convinced the hot tub had been cleaned lately. The bathrooms and shower cubicles were showing mould and smelling musty, one door kept falling off the runner. Some patches of mould on the lower bedroom walls. The sofas look nice but were incredibly uncomfortable. Most of our group said the beds were comfy but way too soft for older people with medical conditions. The garden/decking was ok but the grass needed cutting. The house was not suitable for children as too many hazards - low cables, plug sockets with no covers, no stair gates, glass coffee table with no corner protectors, therefore we ended up leaving a day early for safety. I think the owners should advertise "not suitable for children"

Lovely house with plenty of space, rooms and comfort. We played a big game of Dungeons and Dragons and some big board games and were able to fit it all on the table tennis table and set up chairs comfortably. The hot tub was very nice once ready as well.

The top hook to latch the blind that goes around the third edge of the hot tub was broken or missing, this did not really impact our stay at all.

Amazing property! Lots of games and the jacuzzi was great, nice, and clean. Perfect for a group trip and property has 2 ensuites plus a third separate bathroom so super easy for all guests. There was also an extra sofa (not pictured) so all 9 of our guests had a communal place we could sit, chat, and catch up.

I got a message from the host a couple of hours before check-in with all the details for the various codes and locks etc, the host was very responsive to all our questions. The house was fantastic overall. Pretty well equipped for everything that we needed. Beds were comfortable and rooms were exceptionally clean. Garden area was nice, and the hot tub was of course a highlight.

If the property had been 10% cleaning it would've been outstanding. Its clearly a well used property and basic wear and tear on items was quite evident. None of this made things unusable, purely aesthetic changes. There was minor damage to some items like the pool table and dart board etc, but again it was more than useable. Shame that neither the lounge nor the dining table had seats for the full party, but luckily we managed to use the outdoor seating for the majority of the time. As I said, things were just not quite spotless (with the exception of the bedrooms). Overall an amazing stay, and I would not hesitate to book this place to stay again, thank you.
