"Apartamento tranquilo y ordenado."

Está en una calle tranquila y con vistas desde el salón hacia la montaña. El apartamento está decorado con gusto. Hay una cafetera, tetera y cápsulas. La comunicación con los dueños fue muy buena.

En estos días que hizo un calor muy intenso se echó de menos tener aire acondicionado o ventilador en el dormitorio. El salón sí que dispone de aire acondicionado.

"Modernes und ruhiges Appartement Nähe Innenstadt"

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern in der Unterkunft und hatten unser eigenes Reisebett dabei. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen! Die Wohnung war wirklich außergewöhnlich sauber, alles wirkte neu und sehr gepflegt. Sie sah genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Ausstattung war sehr durchdacht, es wurde an viele Details gedacht – besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die ausreichend vorhandenen Kaffeekapseln für die Maschine, was oft nicht selbstverständlich ist. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft, die wir gerne weiterempfehlen!

Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass man für das Parken in der Umgebung extra zahlen muss – wir haben für drei Tage rund 25 Euro ausgegeben. Wir haben das bereits im Vorfeld gewusst und das war für uns in Ordnung. Trotzdem ist die Lage der Wohnung sehr gut, da man schnell und unkompliziert zu Fuß in der Innenstadt ist.

"Très bel appartement, Chic et Moderne."

Appartement est très propre, moderne, spacieux et confortable. Seulement 10min. à pied jusqu'à la gare de Como Lago et la Piazza Cavour. Il est situé à l'este de Come donc très calme. Le lit est incroyablement confortable.Je pense que le propriétaire de l'appartement a très bon goût !

Modern comfortable apartment 10 mins walking distance to Como town & waterfront. Great bathroom, comfortable bed.

Could of done with a few personal touches like some bottled water in the fridge & a manual with WiFi codes, things to do etc.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Como. The location was perfect—close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. The space was spotless, very comfortable, and exactly as described. Highly recommend!

The apartment is spacious, clean, and modern. Host is very kind and helpful. The place is quiet and nice.

It is good to have tea and a little bottle of water for example.
