Prima Wohnen mitten in der Natur. Sehr ruhig. Gut aus gestattet. Begrüssungsgetränke im Kühlschrank.

Kleine Nachttischlampen funktionierten leider nicht

Sehr schönes romantisches Grundstück mit vielen Sitz/Liegemöglichkeiten. Auch das Haus war schön. Es wurden großzügig Getränke u. a. bereitgestellt, auch Kaffee, Salz, Zucker usw.

Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die Dusche, aus der nur spärlich lauwarmes Wasserläuft. Trübt für mich aber nicht den positiven Gesamteindruck.

La localisation est très sympa : proche de la ville mais en retrait, très au calme Grand jardin avec multiples emplacements pour se reposer L'arrivée est simple et flexible avec la boite a clé et il y a de la place pour garer la voiture

Malheureusement l'extérieur semble a l'abandon avec du mobilier abîmé, le logement est moyennement propre et la lumière de la cuisine ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons du cuisiner à la lumière de nos téléphones. Idem pour les petites lampes de chevets, qui n'ont plus de piles. Le débit de l’eau de la douche ne permet pas de se doucher. Convenable pour une nuit de passage mais guère plus

Είμασταν εγώ ο άνδρας μου και το παιδί. Είχαμε φτάσει στην Κρήτη μετά από μεγάλο ταξίδι κουρασμένη ψάχναμε για σπίτι. Βρήκαμε αυτό το κλείσαμε το πληρώσαμε πήραμε το δρόμο για εκεί και τελικά μου έστειλε ο ιδιοκτήτης ότι δεν μπορεί να μας δεχτεί. Δεν το ενοικιάζεται? Βγάλτε το το ρημάδι από κει μέσα γιατί να πεδευεται τζάμπα κόσμος δεν καταλαβαίνω. Ανευθυνότητα.

The property location is great. Close to the city (~20min) and still secluded and quiet. If you're into somewhat spartanic conditions, this is your place. The garden, is very spacious with great views of the surrounding hills. There are some loose chickens that go around the property. The owner is responsive and will help you witb any questions you might have.

The road leading up to the properry is a bit challenging, but doable.Though, you should have your own transportation, as a taxi might not want to drive the last part. In our case, there was a mix up with the cleaner and we found the place used (no clean bedding / towels / floors, full bins) when we arrived at 00:00am. All was sorted the next day, and we got a refund for the night, but it ruined our mood. Listing details. Some of the amenities are not correct. WiFi: there is a device (with SIM) to provide wifi, but it was not plugged in and there were no instructions on how to use it. Fortunately we had data bundles on our phones so we didn't have to bother with it. We didn't need to cook, but the kitchen was poorly equipped. Gas stove does work, but bring a lighter just in case. Electricity: the property is somewhat off the grid and it definetely cannot support all of the available devices at the same time e.g. when we plugged in the tv, some of the lights would not turn on. It looks like it runs on batteries (there is an inverter in the kitchen) Water is provided from plastic containers placed next to the property and is not drinkable. You can smell it from a distance. Hot water: Don't expect to have warm water if the sun is not up. The solar heater is installed facing west and gets shade from the surrounding olive trees. For us, there was no warm water on the 1st night (probably the previous tenant had used it), but there was warm water on the 2nd night.
