Villa Kriton Smart home

Το κατάλυμα ήταν όμορφα διακοσμημένο και πολύ άνετο.

Ήταν πολύ κρύο και η θέρμανση, μετά από αίτημα μας, άναβε για λίγο αλλά έκλεινε πολύ γρήγορα.

First of all, we stayed in this house as a family of three with our 8-year-old son. Writing any negative review about this place would truly require a lack of conscience. First and foremost, we would like to thank the host — he/she was extremely attentive and even left many thoughtful treats for us. The house was fully equipped; there was absolutely nothing missing. It is a magnificent villa with three bedrooms and a garden, where at least six people could stay very comfortably. Designed as a fully smart home, it is architecturally a complete concept house. Every detail reflected luxury — from the extensive use of marble throughout the house to the high-end finishes that made the entire space feel truly elegant and refined. This was truly a unique smart villa experience that everyone should experience at least once.

Ένα πολύ όμορφο, προσεγμένο και εξαιρετικά καθαρό σπίτι, κάτι που για εμάς ήταν το πιο σημαντικό. Διαθέτει 3 υπνοδωμάτια και 2 μπάνια, γεγονός που το καθιστά ιδανικό για οικογένειες με παιδιά αλλά και για περισσότερα από ένα ζευγάρια. Κατά τη διαμονή μας μείναμε άνετα μία οικογένεια με 3 παιδιά και ένα ακόμη ζευγάρι. Πρόκειται για έξυπνο σπίτι· στην αρχή δυσκολευτήκαμε λίγο με τη λειτουργία του, όμως ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικός, πάντα διαθέσιμος και πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει. Την πρώτη ημέρα υπήρξε ένα μικρό θέμα με τη θέρμανση από τα σώματα λόγω της άφιξής μας αργά το βράδυ, το οποίο αποκαταστάθηκε άμεσα το επόμενο πρωί. Υπήρχε και air-condition, οπότε δεν μείναμε χωρίς θέρμανση. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τη φιλοξενία. Εις το επανιδείν!

Modern and appropriate for a family of 4

Very close to a highway and just under a bridge

Die "Schlüsselübergabe" / Bereitstellung der korrekten Zugangscodes hat nicht gut funktioniert. Drinnen ist alles gut ausgestattet, aber der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war ziemlich schlecht. Und der "Pool" entspricht eher einem Planschbecken, als einem Pool.

Place was clean and had great amenity. Internet was great. Outdoor area was great.

Power kept tripping so couldn't use more than 1 thing at a time. Cold water after 1 shower. Booster didn't work, tripped power. Had to choose 1 heater to use but ones in main areas not heating not working. We were freezing and had to rug up. Couldn't have a shower to warm up. Had to climb gate to enter, but fine once in and had remote. Owner stopped responding when asked about the power issues. The road nearby not so much an issue as double glazed window.
