"Meh stay at good location"

location is good. Very close to the bus station to ICN airport

They only have small towels. No large bath towel. Half of the small towels smell. The elevator takes a long time to arrive and is super slow. Considering the hot temperature this is unpleasant. The room was minimal. Cheap shampoo and no hair conditioner. Only have regular thickness comforters which wad too hot to sleep in.

"Exceptional"

Great location and the view was incredible. The apartment is in the same building as the Dunkin Donuts. Information for self check-in is sent the day before. Air con and fan in the room meant that the stay was comfortable. Beds were a good size and comfy too. Small kitchenette with everything you need for a short stay. Bathroom is a wet room, the air con pipe discharges here so the floor can be a little wet but there are plenty of shoes/slippers in the cupboard so not an issue for us. Would recommend!
