Great villa amazing swimming pool in a great location to access shops vara and restaurants. The hosts are friendly and accomdating. We will be back next year holiday

The location, that’s all.

Where to start?! Our room was filthy, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The floor was covered in dirt and stains, there was mould throughout the shower and bathroom, the bed had sand and dirt through it too, the room was full of mosquitos both dead and alive. The room boasts a kitchenette but it was just a mini fridge and very dirty sink. The free wifi was terrible and the power kept going out to the villa as well. There was a distinct lack of privacy too, as a male member of their “staff” began working right outside our window as my girlfriend was getting changed. All in all our stay was so bad we left after 1 night even though we had booked for 4. The owners gave a half hearted message of apology when they learnt of our discomfort at their villa, but when I asked for the possibility of any sort of refund they simply ignored my message, very disappointing.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Pulu. We stayed there for five nights and it was perfect. . The room is big, clean and cumfortable. It is the perfect place to hang around Padang and Uluwatu, 10mn away in scooter to the best surf pots and beach clubs. The main street with massage, restaurants and coffee shops is 10 mn away by walk. The pool is great to relax after a surf session and before going to see the sunset in all the beach clubs. The staff is so nice and answered quickly to all our requests.

Nothing to complain, maybe more decoration as the room is so big :)

Perhaps communications for check in as there isn't a front desk maybe they can tall guests to pre arrange. Also the floors are washing with too much soap so become very slippery

Sheets and towels full of stains. Room is very empty feeling and lots of wear and tear from weather. Rusty and cracks. Bed quilt has no cover and no sheets. Only two pillows for queen size bed. Feels like no staff are around. No services available and no room cleaning. Would not stay here again.

Overall the facilities where clean and in working order, we dis have to wait untill 4PM untill check in though it stated 12 PM on the website. Its off the main road which was good for noice. Staff where very kind and friendly
