The location, very nice neighbourhood relatively close to the train station and the center.

I don’t even know where to start. I arrive at the building , there is an elevator but you need a key to use it. Useless to say there was no key. So I brought my heavy luggage to the first floor by stairs. No washing machine no tv, windows do not close properly. The following day I change the bed sheets- I have never seen such a dirty mattress before!! I was even thinking to call ASL a local sanitary authority. The inter phone does not work neither, electric stove dis not work properly - the pot should be wide because of the pot is small the stove turns off. Look at the pictures! The bathroom is very dark, the shower old and very tiny. There is a weird thing in the balcony in the kitchen that makes a lot of noise, I have never seen such a thing before! It is really a pity because the apartment has a lot of potential, just spend 5k euros and fix the issues so people can come back!!

The accommodation was not up to standard, but rather at the lowest level. There was no blanket to sleep in, no heating, the kitchen had no tools, and the electric gas was not working. My friend and I are suffering from the cold now, and the air conditioner does not produce warm air properly. We tried to report it through your website, and unfortunately you only consider the financial value. This is the second mistake that has happened through you. The first was in Athens, and this is the second, and my rating is unfortunately zero.

The apartment had everything I needed. It's a lot of space if you're just looking for a place to stay the night.

The water tank was extremely noisy and it was situated on the balcony. Felt guilty towards the neighbours for flushing the toilet... Also the mattress was a bit too soft.

Nice apparts not so far from Central Railway station. Facilities and roos are all clean and the same as in the photo. Also, I wanna remark how fast the owner helped us with the locked door (we forgot keys inside apparts).

All good. Just potential points for improvement- it's an add wifi hotshot. In this case, it will be 10/10
