One slight note, curtains don't block light out

The location is perfect: you park the car outside the old town on the street (lots of parking places, at least in October), then enter the old town via the pedestrian bridge, take one flight of stairs down, and you are at the door. Or rather you are at the dentists office, and the apartment is behind your back. The apartment has a cave-like look, which seems very appropriate in Pitigliano. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

Drainage in the shower was not great. My wife had problems with internet connection, both mobile and WiFi. If you leave the window open, there is noise from the street late in the evening and early in the morning.

Location was great, luckily reception rang us via what’s app and came looking for us, as not sure we’d have found it.

Technically yes it did have a balcony but well below head height and directions in the room said to not go on it!! At least it let air and light in. Got bites with some bed bug - ewwww
