This is an older motel, parking right at the door to your room, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I needed a place to sleep for the night for work in the area and this location was perfect for what I was looking for. As mentioned this is an older motel that could use some renovation, but it was also one of the lowest nightly rates in town so I found it to be a good value for the money. If I find myself needing a room again in the Washington, NC area I would definitely stay here again.

It may have been because we reserved a non-smoking room - but the room should not have been let to anyone even if they had a burmese tiger to board with them. Hot water in tub would not turn off, shower curtain was ripped, towels did not look clean, cove base was falling off the wall, floors were dirty, outlet for TV was fried

Bed bugs eat me up in the room and property management act like they don't know what you're talking about I had to go to the hospital for treatment for bed bug bites all over my body

Mold in room , roaches , bad smell

The location was great for my work in the area. The motel was quiet. The bed was comfortable.

The reservationion stated that there was a refrigerator in the room. There was not. I had medications with me which had to be refrigerated. I only picked this motel because it said there was a refrigerator in the room. I had completely unpacked my car when I noticed this, but was too tired to get another room. I was trying to fall asleep standing up.
