We checked in around 4:30 pm and the house was dirty and full of dust. I had to call the contact person and clean again, 1 hour we were waiting for them to clean. I had to show them all the places to clean. The wall clock was broken, lights in the hall were blinking on the verge of being burnt out. Bathroom walls were black of dust, very poor maintenance. When I called the Owner, she was rude to me,saying for the price you paid, expecting 5 Star service😠. We had no choice but to stay because it was too late with my grandchildren and elderly mother too. I would never recommend it to anyone. Urging Booking.com to remove this owner's listed rental place to not scam others.
