"Good apartment but annoying boiler sound"

Location is perfect and bed is comfy, but there is a big issue: the boiler (it sounds every 3-4 minutes). I told to the manager but I didn't get an answer.

Impossible to rest with an annoying boiler making sounds every 3 minutes. I even recorded a video with the sound. It is not only in this apartment, I could hear another boiler in the apartment beside my bathroom.
