We arrived and were told the bookings.com booking had ‘not arrived’. No rooms were available as we had booked so we had to pay $149+tax instead of $113 as we’d booked. The front desk person said ‘it happens all the time’ that bookings.com send people and the booking is not correct and room is not available Also the room is showing as a rating of 10/10. It’s a crappy hotel with lots of shady characters
