Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: Bed linen: 25 euro per stay Towels: 10 euro stay. Please contact the property before arrival if you wish to rent bed linen/towels. A surcharge of € 25.00 applies for arrivals after check-in hours from 22:00 to 00:00. A surcharge of € 50.00 applies for arrivals after 00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The price for pets (which are accepted) is €30 per stay. Please note that the extra occupancy of 1 or 2 people beyond the 4 beds takes place on a sofa bed that can be opened in the living room with a thin sofa bed mattress This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
