Beautiful view from the bedroom

It was very noisy. The sound travels from the main house to the rooms. The TV was on really loud and there were often people shouting or kids screaming in the main house. Guests had barbecues on the patio outside the room and people would party and drink until late at night.

Very nice staff. They are very friendly and helpful. They upgraded my room to the twin room for free when I requested. The room looks new and clean. Nice mountain view. You can cook and grill. Near central location.

It's a little difficult to drive and park the car because the house is in the middle of a steep slope. No room cleaning service when you stay 2 nights. No mini bar. The hot water machine in a room is a little difficult to use.

The hotel is very clean and modern, and when we stayed we were told that it had only been open for two months. The woman who welcomed us was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. The room was a good size and had plenty of storage space and a large rail to hang clothes. The view from the room of the valley was nice. If you do not mind a 25 minute walk to the lake, the location is good for people who want to be outside of the city centre. There are plenty of restaurants nearby if you do not want to leave the area.

We stayed in a room with a balcony that overlooked the patio. I am glad we chose this room rather than a patio room, as it was still quite noisy when people were using the patio in the evening and in the morning. The soundproofing between rooms was also not very good as we could clearly hear people in the next room during the night. The door to the hallway is frosted glass and the hall light illuminates the room during the night, as well the balcony lights which we could not work out how to turn off. The room had a kettle and cups but we did not have any complimentary water, coffee or tea.
