"The stay was great could not ask for anything more"

The location is great & easy to find Did not arrive until about 20.00 Still I received a warm welcome from the owner This would be my first choice the next time I am in the area

Everything was spot on Could not find anything that was wrong

The location at the foot of Lincoln's steep hill was fine as we are both reasonably fit. A microwave in the room enabled us to east in one evening.

TV reception was very poor. We gave up in the end. There was some late night noise from the street on both nights we stayed. Car parking was tight but fine for us as we could leave car for duration of stay.

"Very happy with our stay"

Very clean room and made to feel very welcome. Location was excellent, we were able to walk everywhere so car just stayed parked on site. I would happily stay their in the future.

My only complaint and it's minor was the bed was too soft.
